Yeah, this kitten may not make it. You should be feeding it a milk replacer or scalded milk formula every few hours. As for the eyes, it may be too young or it may have an eye infection. It may be stumbling from dehydration or sickness. The crackling sound may be from a pneumonia that got it in its lungs from a bottle that had too big of a hole in the ******.

You need to take this kitten to a vet first thing in the morning or it may die.

sounds like it is not old enough to be away from it’s mother. Have you been feeding it a milk replacer? Kittens need to eat about every 2-3 hours when still with mom. I would clean the eyes with warm water and feed with a milk replacer. You will probably also need to stimulate it to urinate and deficate after eating by rubbing the **** and penis/vulva with a warm cloth. If it doesn’t seem like it ti doing ok soon then you need to take it to the vet so it doesn’t suffer
