As for the eyes, it may be too young or it may have an eye infection.  It may be stumbling from dehydration or sickness.  The crackling sound may be from a pneumonia that got it in its lungs from a bottle that had too big of a hole in the ******.

You need to take this kitten to a vet first thing in the morning or it may die.</description>

		<description>sounds like it is not old enough to be away from it's mother. Have you been feeding it a milk replacer?  Kittens need to eat about every 2-3 hours when still with mom.  I would clean the eyes with warm water  and feed with a milk replacer.  You will probably also need to stimulate it to urinate and deficate after eating by rubbing the **** and penis/vulva with a warm cloth.  If it doesn't seem like it ti doing ok soon then you need to take it to the vet so it doesn't suffer</description>
