		<description>The dot looks like a clear tiny bubble in the lens.  Just locate the dot and put it at the mid-portion (6 0'clock) on the bottom of the cornea.  Hard to explain, easy to do.  I wore them for years.  Very comfortable.
It does self align once on the eye and you blink a few times.</description>
