Two possibilities:
1 - He is an ******* who doesn’t realize how hurtful that is.
2 - He thinks he can get you a bit jealous and add some more passion to the mix. Maybe he is trying to be creative in getting you more interested or keeping you interested.
Either way, you need to have a serious talk with him. Those comments are okay with his buddies, but not with you. He owes you more respect than that.

From a man’s point of view: He is trying to get you jealous. Either he thinks you are not so attracted to him and he needs to make you feel like you have a great looking guy, or he probably just needs to feel that you care by seeing how jealous you might get.
My opinion: If you like him and want to be with him, flatter him and tell him everything you love about him physically.
If you dont care: Tell him “I have no idea why they keep eye f**king you. I wonder what they see” and have a great laugh.
