I have retinopathy and my retinas are not very good. i have a vision impairment (blindness) in my left eye and have had several surgeries on my eyes. I have been vigilant about my eye care since i was diagnosed. i am a young person.
Are expensive non-prescription sunglasses as good as prescription sunglasses for someone with an eye disease or is there something more that prescription sunglasses can offer to protect my vision (uva/uvb/glare etc.)?? i especially need wrap around glasses to protect my side vision too from glare to protect the vision i have left. i bought a couple pairs of non-prescription sunglasses at walmart. one of them was a cheap pair and the other one was $20.
do non-prescriptions really have the protection that they guarantee (uva/uvb) or am i better off investing in a prescription pair?

Well both of her kids have strep throat and she didn’t notify me until I was already there and kissed on the kids.
